Who are they?
A Geneva based manufacturer and supplier of 3D quantum cyber security products. They have 110 employees and will undergo a public floatation at some point over the coming years.
What did we do?
Having had a key new recruit ‘drop out’ of a protracted recruitment process due to personal reasons IDQ needed a locally based, technical specialist profile and FAST!
Our results
We went from first briefing to having an offer accepted within 4 weeks. We are currently developing a framework that will allow us to support IDQon a long term mandate.
