What did we do?
Traditionally Miami has always been a very difficult market to resource specialist profiles in and Holcim required some support to find a key team member. We led a three month camping to reach out to suitable profiles all over the US and to filter out the best selection of candidates for the role.
Our Results
We identified and reached out to over 350 suitable candidates, filtering and screening suitable candidates to ensure suitability and company fit – we filled the role and completed this mandate from our Geneva head offices (despite the role being based Miami). We are currently developing a framework that will allow us to support Holcim on a long term mandate.
