A relationship developed over several years, we have partnered with Saffery’s on various projects as they have continued to establish themselves as one of the key employers in their sector. Initially we worked on challenging search and selection mandates, delivering successful searches that resulted in several key additions to the team.
We have since assisted by providing salary survey services which has helped them remain competitive in one of the most dynamic recruitment markets in Geneva.
We identified their key demographic, approached, engaged and canvassed 100’s of specialist candidates in their demographic to determine that they were not only meeting expectations on remuneration packages but ahead of the curve in all staffing expectations in a highly challenging marketplace.
